Mailbox Refresh Program

We are looking into creating a mailbox refresh program and would love your feedback.

Keeping our neighborhood beautiful adds to the joy of homeownership. As our mailbox structures have aged severely now, we are looking into refreshing these structures.

We began this conversation in 2020 as a way to beautify our neighborhood. There are a couple of options for updating the grouped mailboxes.

The first option is that we rebuild the country style sheds with new material to give it a fresh update. The material cost for each shed is approximately $350. This material cost was calculated in January of 2021 and by Spring the material cost is likely to rise but this gives a ballpark number for material. The labor would be either volunteer labor or paid labor. We do have some handy men in our area to volunteer. Thank you to our HOA members Scott & Rhonda for putting together some preliminary costs for new mailbox sheds.

The second is to have the metal grouped mailboxes installed. Once we have enough interest in this style of group mailboxes, we can seek out the cost and installment process.
