More About the HOA
The OAKBROOK 4th Addition HOA provides resources, community events and programs to ensure the safety and beauty of our neighborhood.
Along those lines, the HOA has established standards for all the properties included in the association's zone. These standards are upheld with the aim of preserving and enhancing the community's property values. Often, the guidelines are appearance-oriented, so they deal with regulations for the cleanliness of the property, the condition of the property, and any repairs or construction done to the property.

If you own a home in the 4th Addition, you are automatically part of the HOA and your property is subject to the standards outlined in our covenants. It is not an opt-in or voluntary association. Review our covenants to learn more about how they apply to you and your home.

Dues are $30 per year and can be paid online or via check, made payable to Oakbrook 4th HOA. (Address is in footer below).
The annual dues help provide additional services for our members. These amenities include Spring Clean Up Days, National Night Out, Annual Members Meeting and more.

OUR BOARD
We hold a monthly board meeting the second Wednesday of every month and members are invited to participate, send comments, make suggestions or provide feedback.
