Hello Oakbrook 4th Addition,

As you know, the Delta variant of COVID has been resulting in a high number of new cases. Transmissions and hospitalizations in Washington state are at an all-time high, and mask mandates went into effect again this past Monday.

The Board has decided in the best interest of keeping everyone safe and healthy that we will cancel the Annual General Meeting that was scheduled for September at the Clubhouse. While we looked forward to the opportunity to finally meet again in person, we agreed that the current situation is too risky.

In the absence of meeting in person, we would like to ask for your help in a couple of ways:

Consider joining the Board! We have two Member-at-Large board member positions open as well as the Secretary position, all of which provide a great way to be involved in the neighborhood, meet your neighbors and be influential in how we maintain our beautiful community. Spread the word! Since we do not have e-mail addresses for all of our residents in the 4th Addition, please spread the word about our meeting cancelation and volunteer opportunities described above. If you have a neighbor who does not receive our emails they can e-mail us at oakbrook4thHOA@gmail.com
