Oakbrook 4th Addition will be joining the National Neighborhood Watch program.

Welcome to Oakbrook 4th Addition HOA.
The HOA board along with the community are seeking ways to make our neighborhood safer and more enjoyable for all residents. We are actively seeking Neighborhood Watch Volunteers. If you are in the 4th Addition, please join us in making this possible.
2021 Neighborhood Watch Program
A neighborhood watch program is a group of people living in the same neighborhood who want to make their neighborhood safer by working together and in conjunction with local law enforcement to reduce crime and improve their quality of life. Neighborhood watch groups have regular meetings to plan how they will accomplish their specific goals and leaders with assigned responsibilities. Neighborhood watch is homeland security at the most local level. It is an opportunity to volunteer and work towards increasing the safety and security of our homes; the key element is its relationship with local law enforcement.
Oakbrook 4th Addition has establish a relationship with the Lakewood Police department and we have several resources for implementing our neighborhood watch program.
We can report non-emergency crimes on their website: www.cityoflakewood.us/police
We can call a non-emergency line to report ongoing suspicious activity: (253) 798-4721
We intend to use 911 responsibly and call when there is a crime in progress or a life threatening situation.
Neighborhood watch empowers citizens and communities to become active in emergency preparedness, as well as the fight against crime and community disasters.
